**Quilting by Day, nor Etsy have control on shipping times. Shipping carriers may be experiencing delays which may cause a delay in obtaining material that I use. You may also experience the inability to timely receive your shipment. If you would like your order to be expedited to you at your expense, please convey to me. I will create a custom listing that includes expedited shipping to your order. Expedited shipping is not a guarantee to arrive at the estimated date due to carrier delays. Expedited shipping is NOT included in any free shipping orders. Expedited shipping is solely at the client expense and not by Etsy or Quilting by Day.**

I love to create with fabric, thread, ribbons, lace, trims, beads, pen and ink. All items are made in my rescue pet friendly, smoke free home studio.
Current custom quilt order start run time is about 10 to 12 weeks. All custom orders not paid within 30 days as a custom order listing for that customer will be listed to the public for sale.

Frequently asked questions
Can you customize or personalize my item?
YES! I can do personalization and customization on your orders. Make sure you choose the personalize listing to add the personalization on the front of your ornament. Just choose from the available fonts on that listing.
How do I clean the felt ornaments?
The felt ornaments can be spot cleaned. Air dry only after spot cleaning. Do not launder or dry them in a machine.
Do you take returns?
Returns are accepted only on items that have been created in error by the shop. The incorrect item will need to be returned to Quilting By Day. When incorrect item is received back at Quilting By Day, the replacement item will be shipped. I will refund cheapest return shipping cost. If the shop created item correctly according to the order and you want to make a change, the change will only be made with the purchase of a new listing. The item cannot be returned.
Can you customize/personalize my quilt?
Absolutely! Just convo to me how you would like it customized/personalized. I will work with you to make it perfect!
Do you ship outside the USA?
Unfortunately, at this time I do not.
Can I upgrade my shipping?
Please convey to me that you would like to upgrade shipping. Let me know the items you are wanting and I will make a custom listing for you with upgraded shipping.
How do you ship my order?
I use USPS First Class for all ornaments. Memory Bears/Memory Pups and quilts are shipped UPS.
What do you do with the scraps for my memory items?
I return all scraps to you with your Memory Quilt, Memory Bear/Memory Pup. These scraps are very precious to your family. If you do not want them returned, just let me know. I will donate them to the Parker County Quilt Guild in Weatherford, Texas. They have groups that make comfort quilts for children in need.
How long will it take for me to receive my item(s)?
We use USPS for ornament orders. We use UPS/Fed Ex for Memory Bears/Pups and Quilts. All orders have tracking information. Because of Covid-19, at this time, ALL shipping carriers are experiencing shipping delays. Quilting By Day does not have control over these delays. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Quilting By Day will do its best to get items out the door as quickly as possible and on their way to you.
Do you offer discounts?
From time to time, I offer discounts. If you would like a discount on volume orders to be considered, please ask. The discount, if any, depends on the current cost if materials.
